Book | The Water Will Come
Living on the Edge: Sea Levels Rise
- Updated Inspiration
This four-part series examines how cities like New York, London, Miami and Tokyo are preparing for the real-time effects of climate change. From protecting against typhoons in Tokyo and protecting Miami from rising seas and violent storm surges, to fixing London’s Thames Barrier which is no longer enough to keep the city safe from rising tides, each episode looks at old and new ways of protecting cities and residents from the increasingly severe effects of global warming, superstorms and rising sea levels.
