The Pritzker prize-winning architecture firm RCR have presented Dream and Nature_Catalonia in Venice; a surreal installation for the Mostra Internazionale di Architettura in Venice (on until November 25th).
With the installation, the three architects aim to convey the inspiration and intent behind La Vila; a new research centre they are constructing in the beautiful Bianya Valley in Catalonia. In the words of the architects; In Venice we present our dream, unknown and unpublished up until now. It’s a key moment in the development of this project, and it’s through architecture that the birth of a utopia under construction that unveils our interior world is being represented.
