It is a known fact that the skating community is a part of the current urban landscape. The relationship between skaters and architecture is very close, as well as their link to the urban environment.
In the mini-documentary “Skateboarding VS Architecture: A Study of Public Space and Materiality in Auckland City”, Johnny Agnew delves into this relationship from different perspectives, trying to find a solution that is suitable for all. And he does this using Auckland’s marvelous architecture as background.
