The new debate series on hospital architecture, ‘Evolution and changes’, begins at Roca Barcelona Gallery on April 25th. The objective is to analyse specific aspects of the different areas in hospital facilities, affecting both users and professionals, as well as more technical aspects such as sustainability, interconnectivity and the safety of buildings. The advantages brought by digitization will also be considered.

The first session, presented under the theme of ‘Evolution and changes’, aims to analyse the current situation and the challenges facing the sector and hospital architecture. The panel of experts will be led by architects such as Mario Corea, Patricio Martínez (PMMT Architects), Albert Pineda (PINEARQ) and Lidia Planes (RSanabria Arquitectes) and the session will be moderated by Martí Ballart from CatSalut.
