Miguel Ángel Díaz Camacho
Madrid, SpainMiguel Ángel is an architect, Ph.D. in Architectural Design and Chairman of the non-profit Architecture and Sustainability Association (ASA). He is a lecturer, researcher, writer and architecture critic, as well as founding principal of the MADC & Partners architecture practice in Madrid, which has been awarded prizes from both national and international contests on architecture and urban planning. MADC’s philosophy can be summarized in a single phrase – “Design without sustainability is no longer design”. From this point of view, MADC is currently developing projects with a low environmental impact across Spain and Norway, for clients such as the Madrid City Hall and its upcoming project for the Mil Soles library in the Villaverde district.
