Jose María Echarte Ramos
Burgos, SpainAn architect who completed his degree at ETSA Madrid in 2000, Jose María is a lecturer in Projects and Theory and Criticism at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and co-editor of ‘n+1, Blog de Arquitectura y Crítica’ (Architecture and Criticism Blog). He has developed his career in the fields of public works, public authorities, teaching and criticism. In the latter, he proposes investigations beyond the project-related and purely aesthetic, understanding architecture as a complex socio-economic ecosystem. He is the author of the book n+1. Tendencias Compulsivas (Compulsive Tendencies) published by Ediciones Asimétricas.
